11-Yr-Old Sobs Tears Of Joy After Unwrapping Taylor Swift Tickets
An 11-year-old is making waves on social media for having the most relatable reaction to getting Taylor Swift tickets.
Julie Foley, who owns an Etsy site called Mommin’ With the Mouse, is winning the Mom of the Year award thanks to the thoughtful gift she gave her son—two tickets to the coveted Era’s Tour. And she’s earning a few extra props for the creative way she delivered the surprise.
Julie hid the tickets inside a basic yearly planner and included treasure hunt instructions on the cover that read, “Turn to page 115.” When got to the page, he saw another note that told him to look behind a Taylor Swift picture.
Behind the picture was a Taylor Swift card that contained something small wrapped in tissue paper. As he carefully pulled it open, he saw the contents and did what every Swiftie would do. He immediately began to cry tears of joy.
“OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD,” he said between sobs. After inspecting the Taylor Swift tickets to be sure they weren’t too good to be true, he stood up and gave his mom “the best hug.”
“We’re going,” Julie cried out. “We’re. Going!”
