It’s sad… she’s trying too hard to stay in the limelight’. Everyone’s had their say about Meghan’s Netflix show – now read her DAD’s withering verdict (as he reveals what she’s REALLY like in the kitchen)

Meghan Markle’s new Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, has sparked varied reactions, notably from her estranged half-brother, Thomas Markle Jr. In the series, Meghan reflects on her upbringing, describing herself as a “latchkey kid” who frequently consumed fast food and TV dinners. She reminisces about meals from Pollo Loco, Taco Bell, and Jack in the Box, and recalls microwavable kids’ meals with compartmentalized sections, including apple crumble.
Thomas Markle Jr., who has been estranged from Meghan for over a decade, disputes these portrayals. In an interview with TalkTV, he referred to Meghan’s accounts as “malarkey stories” and asserted that their family was not poor, stating, “We weren’t poor. She didn’t have to rub two nickels together at Sizzler’s salad bar.”
He further criticized the series, describing it as bland and generic, and expressed skepticism about Meghan’s depiction of her culinary involvement during their youth, claiming she “didn’t cook anything for anybody ever growing up.”
While Thomas Markle Jr. has been vocal about his views, their father, Thomas Markle Sr., has not publicly commented the series. In a previous interview, he expressed a desire to reconcile with Meghan, stating, “I love her and that will never change.”
With Love, Meghan debuted on March 4, 2025, and offers viewers a glimpse into Meghan’s personal life, including her reflections on her childhood and culinary experiences. The series has elicited mixed reviews, with some critics questioning the authenticity of her narratives.
