Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce appeared to exchange words with Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen at the halfway point of their divisional playoff game.
During the broadcast, the two were captured engaging in a verbal exchange while they jogged towards the tunnel at Highmark Stadium as Buffalo lead, 17-13, at the intermission.
Kelce scored his first touchdown in eight games late in the second quarter and gave the Chiefs a 13-10 lead. However, Allen facilitated Buffalo’s response to regain control at halftime.
While down, 6-10, with just over three minutes remaining, Patrick Mahomes found Kelce open in the end zone for a 22-yard touchdown. Shortly after, Allen scored his second rushing touchdown of the half by running through the Chiefs defense with 26 seconds to spare.
The CBS commentary team joked about how the players went back and forth, saying: ‘I’m gonna beat you,’ during the exchange as they starred in a highly-contested affair.

The Chiefs finished the regular season on top of the AFC West with an impressive 11-6 record before demolishing the Dolphins, 26-7, last week.
Sunday’s game in Buffalo is Mahomes’ first playoff game on the road, excluding Super Bowls. He looks to lead the reigning champions to another victory after completing 22 of 41 attempts for 262 yards and a touchdown against Miami.
On the other hand, Buffalo finished with the same record to top the AFC East. The Bills capped off their regular season with five consecutive wins before downing the Steelers, 31-17, in the wild card round.
The Bills got the best of the Chiefs in their previous meeting with a 20-17 victory early in December.
The winner of Sunday’s game will get the opportunity to challenge the top-seeded Baltimore Ravens for the AFC title and a Super Bowl slot on the 28th.
