Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his brother Jason touched on last week’s shooting at the Kanas City parade that killed one and injured 22 more.

In a video posted by the New Heights podcast account, the brothers discussed the shooting and said they plan to help.

“Our hearts go out to all of the victims, their families, Chiefs Kingdom, and really all of Kansas City that was there on a day to try and celebrate the community,” Jason Kelce said. “It’s unfortunate and deeply tragic, the events that occurred.”

Jason Kelce added that the duo is working on a way to help out.

“One of the beautiful things we have is a wonderful community,” he said. “We’re figuring out a way to be involved. We plan on doing something in the future.”

Travis Kelce’s foundation donated $100,000 to two of the children who were injured in the shooting.
