Celine Dion rocks out to Bon Jovi alongside her sons in surprise appearance at NHL game
MCeline Dion was spotted playing air guitar to Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer” as she made a rare public appearance alongside her twin sons at the NHL game on Thursday.
The 55-year-old Canadian superstar enjoyed watching the Boston Bruins take on the New York Rangers at Boston’s TD Garden. She was seen in the stands with her 13-year-old twin sons Nelson and Eddy who donned Bruins apparel.
The “My Heart Will Go On” singer donned a pink suit and matching blouse – but her elegant attire didn’t stop her from letting loose at the game and cameras spotted her singing and dancing along to Bon Jovi’s song. At some point, Celine was seen getting out of her seat in the stands for a solo imaginary guitar play.

Before the game, Celine spoke to players in the changing room as she read out the team’s starting line-up. A clip, showing the singer in the centre of the room, singing some of the names and making some jokes with the players, was shared by the Bruins online.
“Alright up front, Hei-noo, Hei-noo,” she sang. “Hei-know you want to play.” The game ended with New York beating Boston by a score of 5-2.
This was Celine’s first public appearance since she took to the stage at the 2024 Grammys in February, presenting the trophy for Album of the Year to Taylor Swift. The singer has been out of the spotlight since revealing her Stiff Person Syndrome diagnosis in December 2022.
