Netflix’s reality show, Super Rich in Korea, all set for release on May 7. Hosted by the fashion-savvy Cho Saeho, Korean rapper BamBam, and Oh My Girl’s Mimi, the show will offer a glimpse into the lavish and extravagant lives of 5 ultra-wealthy tycoons of South Korea. One of the contestants is Noor Naim, the Arab world’s social media sensation with over 15 million followers. Naim is the first Arabian to achieve such a massive fan following. Her massive fan following has also resulted in her being dubbed as the Arab Kim Kardashian. But, who is Noor Naim? Here is what we know:
Who is Noor Naim?
Noor Naim Khan (born 21 June 1997), professionally known as Noor Stars, is a super influencer and Iraqi-Emirati YouTuber. Dubbed as the Arab Kim Kardashian, she rose to fame in 2014 by posting her first video, titled “What’s on My iPhone” on YouTube channel. With more than 18 million YouTube subscribers and 14 million Instagram followers, Noor is the first Arabian to achieve such a massive fan following.
Born in Iraq and raised in Syria, Noor’s father is Kuwaiti while her mother is of Iraqi origin. Her grandmother is an Iraqi from Kurdistan. Noor is Iraqi by nationality and her ethnicity is white (Arabian and Iraqi-Emirati), having roots in Syria, Iraq, Kurdistan, and Kuwait. She follows the Islamic religion.
Noor made it to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list. She also received the Content Creator of the Year 2023 Award. She was also featured in Loreal Paris’ first-ever Ramadan 2024 campaign.
