Sofia Vergara shows how she is tortured by her private trainer in a zoom session
The actress and model Sofia Vergara is constantly under the spotlight for her participation in ‘AGT’, as well as her participation in movies or series, recently premiered the Netflix series ‘Griselda’ where she is the protagonist. Vergara always keeps her followers up to date with what’s going on with her life through social media.
A few hours ago, Sofia shared on her Instagram account a video where she performs an exercise routine guided by her private trainer through zoom, and added to the publication her feelings during her workout. “Mornings with the torturer.”
In the clip, Vergara is seen lying on the floor of a gym while doing her routine with an elastic band on her legs. Her trainer guides her step by step and motivates her to push herself during the exercise.
Sofia recently showed off her impressive and luxurious $26 million mansion in a recent visit she received from Architectural Digest.
