Brittany Mahomes is calling out her husband, Patrick Mahomes, for his choice of footwear.

In an Instagram Reel posted on Wednesday at a Kansas City Chiefs playoff photoshoot with the team captains, Patrick, Travis Kelce, and running back Jerick McKinnon, Patrick was caught dressed in a plaid suit, white shirt and black tie along with a pair of white Crocs. The video sees the quarterback approaching the step-and-repeat to get his picture taken.

“What do you want me to do with these shoes,” the photographer asks Patrick, 28, as he steps on the set. “What, do I need shoes?” the quarterback responds.

“Do you have any?” the photographer continues, glancing down at Patrick’s Crocs. “I don’t even know what shoes I have,” Patrick adds.

“Surely QB1 didn’t wear Crocs to the playoffs captains shoot… 🤣” the Chiefs captioned the video.

Not long after posting the video, Brittany, 28, responded to her husband’s footwear debacle. “I definitely put shoes in there….come onnnnn😂🤦🏼‍♀️ @patrickmahomes,” she wrote.

Instagram users have also taken to the comments sharing their thoughts on Patrick’s shoes. “Why didn’t Patrick bring shoes for Patrick?” one person writes.

“Patrick … in Crocs. Not on my bingo card today 😂” another Instagram comment reads. “QB1 needs some QT charms for those Crocs,” someone else responds.

Another comment says: “Only Patrick would wear crocks…and not mad it! ❤️🏈💛

Brittany, who shares two kids with her husband, is always dressed in style when it comes to supporting him at his games.

To cheer Patrick against the Miami Dolphins last week, she arrived at freezing cold Arrowhead Stadium in a Kristin Juszczyk-designed red puffer jacket, which matched the custom one Taylor Swift wore but with different names and jersey numbers.

In her caption for her Instagram post, which showed a behind-the-scenes video of the design process, Juszczyk wrote, “An honor of a lifetime!!!!! Thank you @taylorswift & @brittanylynne ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

“You look amazing!!!!! Stay warm and go get that W!!!!!!” Juszczyk commented on Brittany’s post.

A day after the Chiefs defeated the Dolphins, Brittany posted more photos from game day with Swift as they seemingly celebrated their guys’ 26-7 victory. In one photo, Swift wraps her arms around Brittany, likely to warm up a bit during one of the coldest games in NFL history.
