In the previous season, Caitlin Clark played her rookie season with the league for the Indiana Fever, going on to win the ‘Rookie of the Year’ title.

Meanwhile, Caitlin Clark’s boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, who coaches the Butler Bulldogs, could not help but wince after the team recently had their winning streak broken by the Xavier Musketeers. The Bulldogs were riding a three-game winning streak before playing against Xavier and losing with a final score of 76-63.

The Butler Bulldogs are ranked third-last in the Big East table with a 5-10 conference score and 12-14 overall. Next up, the Bulldogs will play the DePaul Blue Demons, who are one spot below them in the table.
