The Baltimore Ravens host the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game at M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday, but all eyes could be on Jason Kelce.
The Philadelphia Eagles center went viral a week ago as he took the support of Travis Kelce’s win over the Buffalo Bills to the next level. But will Jason be in attendance on Sunday?
Will Jason Kelce Be at the AFC Championship Game?
While the game will be the main event, there will, of course, be eyes on whether Jason Kelce will be in attendance. Travis’ booth has become the most famous hangout spot in football, with the Kelces and Taylor Swift in attendance.
It has been confirmed that Jason Kelce will be at the AFC Championship Game, along with his wife Kylie, to support his brother. It was revealed by Good Morning America that Jason will be in attendance as the Chiefs look to make the Super Bowl for the fourth time in five years.
Jason went viral in the Chiefs win over the Bills in the Divisional Round when he appeared on screen with his shirt off.
Enjoying himself, Jason jumped out of the booth numerous times during the game in freezing temperatures, which his wife wasn’t too happy about. With reports that Jason is about to retire emerging, he is very much trying to enjoy his offseason.
Kylie spoke to Good Morning America, saying, “The first time he jumped out of the suite, I was like, you know what, go ahead. That’s my husband!
“Then the second and third time he did it, I was like, I’m gonna need you to get back in because the poor cops that are out front trying to keep the chaos at a minimum, you’re making their jobs harder.”
Speaking on the New Heights podcast, which Jason hosts with Travis, Jason said, “I don’t think Kylie was happy about it, to be honest with you.”
Jason continued, “The moment we got into the suite, I said, ‘I’m taking my shirt off, and I’m jumping out of the suite.’ [Kylie] said, ‘Jason, don’t you dare.’ I’m not asking for permission; I’m doing this.”
Jason recalled the first time he met his wife, saying, “I was like, ‘Kylie, the first day I met you, I was blacked out drunk and fell asleep at a bar. This is part of the Jason Kelce charm.’ I want to make my best first impression; this is my best chance. Set that bar nice and low.”
Kylie wanted Jason to make a good impression on Travis’ girlfriend, Swift, who was also in attendance in the same booth. On the podcast, Travis said, “Tay said she loved you.”
It is no surprise. Jason is one of the most well-liked and cherished personalities in the game. We will see if he is a little better behaved when he attends the AFC Championship Game.
