Jason Kelce had an hilarious reaction when his brother Travis Kelce told him that he was dating Taylor Swift

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are a power couple and one of the most talked about relationships since they went public with it, in September 2023.

Kelce, a three time Super Bowl champion with the Kansas City Chiefs, has cemented his legacy as one of the most iconic tight ends in NFL history.

Swift, one of the biggest music superstars, is the standard of what a musician should strive for: her Eras Tour broke many records, including becoming the first tour to gross over $2 billion. The tour also redefined the scale of live music tours with its audience engagement and global reach.

They have showed their love publicly and are one of the most interesting love stories of recent times, with fans of both sides waiting to hear about their possible commitment and eventual wedding, something that would break viewership records.

Travis Kelce is also brother of one of the most fun TV personalities – and former NFL player – Jason Kelce, who was the latest guest at The Steam Room, a podcast featuring two of sports media’s most iconic personalities, Ernie Johnson and Charles Barkley.

During a segment of the interview, Ernie talked to Jason about the former football player’s own podcast, “New Heights”, which he co-hosts with his brother Travis. Johnson talked about the popularity of the gig and the fact that it got a whole new segment listening, particularly Taylor Swift fans. Ernie then went on to ask Kelce when did he learned about the power couple.

“Oh My Gosh, I’m trying to remember, I’m really trying to remember when that first moment was. I remember the first time he said that he was hanging out with her, and I remember just being like ‘Are you kidding me? You are hanging out with Taylor Swift, that’s insane! That’s awesome for you.” Jason said.

He went on to talked about the fact that he met some people that were personally involved with his brother. However, with Taylor Swift things were different right from the start, according to Jason Kelce’s recount of how everything turned out.

“This felt different. And I’m talking about Travis…..just the way he talks about her and talked about her from the moment he was with her.. You could tell how much he really, really liked her right from the get go. And I think that the level early on of that was something that was very eye opening to me when we first had discussions.” Jason started.
