Kim Kardashian Shares One Over-The-Top Activity Her Daughter North Enjoys: ‘So Fun to Watch’
If there’s one thing we know about Kim Kardashian, it’s that she’s supportive of her kids. She’ll fly her 8-year-old son Saint around the world to watch sports, take her kids on lavish vacations, and teaches them to believe in themselves. And recently, the SKIMS founder revealed how she supports an over-the-top activity her 10-year-old daughter North enjoys, and it sounds amazing!
At a recent appearance at the 2024 OMR Festival in Hamburg, Germany, the American Horror Story: Delicate star shared that her eldest daughter and her friends make elaborate movies. “They’ve taken it to a different level where they’ve, I’ve gotten like full camera equipment and they’ve made these short films,” she shared, per Hello! Magazine. With Kim Kardashian’s budget, you know these movies have to be professional quality! (Premiere at Sundance next year?)
Expensive camera equipment aside, North sounds like any typical preteen. “You know, they do plays in the house, and they dress up, and now they do some TikTok dances,” she continued. And Kardashian loves every minute of it! “But then they’ll fully put their devices down, be fully engaged in a full production that they’re doing at home that’s so fun to watch,” she added.
North even gets her typically dance-averse mom to participate. “I’m not that active on TikTok, except for these ridiculous dances that my daughter makes me do, if you want to really make fun of me,” Kardashian added.
These “silly” videos are actually making North some serious money. According to research by social media marketing experts at Viralyft in March, North likely makes up to $30,134.75 per video! That’s way more than lemonade stand money!
In November, North was the sole cover star for the first time in i-D’s Fall/Winter 2023 The New Wave Issue. She was a confident queen, telling the outlet that her style icon was “me” and describing herself as “the best ever.”

She also revealed what she wanted to be when she grows up. “A basketball player, a rapper, um … I’m going to do art on the side,” North said. “When I’m, like, 13, I want to walk dogs, to make money to buy art supplies, because everything around here is so expensive. So a rapper, a basketball player, and I’m going to make artwork that I sell. Also, one day I want to own Yeezy and SKIMS, and I want to be a business owner.”
She’s already started making those big dreams come true. She was featured on her dad Kanye West’s song, “Talking/Once Again,” and she announced in March at his Vultures 2 listening party that she has “been working on an album” called Elementary School Drop Out. And yesterday, it was announced that North was cast in the upcoming Disney’s The Lion King 30th Anniversary – A Live-to-Film Concert Event!
