Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes listed ‘Anti-Hero’ as his favorite Taylor Swift song, with ‘Love Story’ a close second on Monday night.
Swift was a popular topic at Super Bowl LVIII’s media night in Las Vegas, as her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, is the Chiefs’ starting tight end.
Kelce and Swift’s relationship has skyrocketed the tight end’s mainstream popularity.
Being attached to the 14-time Grammy Award winner has also opened the floodgates for questions about the pop singer to be asked to Kelce’s teammates.
Mahomes quickly answered, as Swift has become quickly close with his wife, Brittany Mahomes, as the WAGs have been spotted in luxury suites together throughout the season.

Swift has attended 12 of Kansas City’s games since she started publicly dating Kelce
Brittany Mahomes and Swift have been seen wearing the same outfits designed by fellow NFL WAG Kristin Juszczyk, wife of San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk.
San Francisco is also the Chiefs’ Super Bowl opponent for the second time in four years.
‘That “Anti-Hero” song, that one is pretty sweet,’ Mahomes said of what Swift tune is his favorite. ‘So I would say that. I do love “Love Story”. It gets me every single time.’
Swift is expected to be at Super Bowl LVIII despite playing for shows as part of ‘The Eras Tour’ in Tokyo until Saturday.
Kelce’s celebrity status has skyrocketed beyond football since being attached to Swift
Swift has been in attendance at 12 Chiefs games this season, including all three playoff wins.
Kelce and Mahomes have been teammates since Kansas City drafted the former Texas Tech quarterback with the No 10 overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.
Mahomes and Kelce have referred to each other as ‘brothers’ in the past.
