Patriots legend Tom Brady takes a shot at Chiefs over Taylor Swift during Netflix Roast

And since New England Patriots legend Tom Brady has had a lot of success against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs during his career, the quarterback couldn’t help but take a shot at them during his live Roast on Netflix.

Addressing the crowd at Kia Forum in Inglewood, Calif. on Sunday night, Brady gave a shout out to the Chiefs and Arrowhead Stadium

“Kansas City, you say your stadium is the loudest,” Brady said. “It helps when all your fans are 14-year-old girls.”

This was an obvious reference to Swift, and in case there was any confusion, Brady cleared all that up by directing mentioning the singer right after.

“And In honor of Tay-Tay, let’s take a look at the Chiefs’ eras – terrible for 50 years, good for five,” Brady added.

It is no secret that the Chiefs gained a lot of new fans this past season after Swift’s relationship with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce went public. People from across the world tuned in to the games, hoping to catch a glimpse of her on the screen.

And as the season went on, these fans began to learn the rules of the game. But many of the new fans are a lot older than 14 years old.
Still, it was clever of Brady to bring in the biggest NFL story of the year into his bit.

The Chiefs weren’t the only team that Brady had some fun with. He also made some comments about two other teams he had a lot of success against during his career.

“I’m trying to buy the Raiders. I’m tired of owning the Colts and Bills,” he said

Colts legend Payton Manning, who made a special appearance at the Roast, also had to hear it from Brady. And he was spot on.

Peyton, I know sometimes you live in Denver, and sometimes you live in Louisiana, but you’ll always live in my shadow,” Brady said to Manning.
