The 27-year-old gymnast took to TikTok to share her beauty routine — and a handy makeup hack — before heading to a Bears pre-season game (Biles’ husband, Jonathan Owens, is a safety for the Chicago NFL team).

After applying fluttery false lashes off-camera in the Monday, Aug. 19 video, the Olympian began applying her foundation with a beauty sponge. She then uses a contour stick to on her nose and cheekbones, after which she steps back to admire her work and comment, “Okay, snatched.”

Biles then uses powder bronzer, which she applies to her cheeks and eyelids. Some lip liner and blush round out the look.

To ensure her makeup stays “extra matte,” the athlete does her last two steps in an unusual order — first she uses not one but two setting sprays, then follows up with powder. Through Biles doesn’t call out the specific products used, it appears that one of the setting sprays was On ‘Til Dawn Mattifying Waterproof Setting Spray from One/Size by Patrick Starr.

After drying the setting sprays using an accordion fan, Biles applies setting powder with a dense brush.

“I don’t even know if you’re supposed to do this after but I like to make sure it’s extra matte,” she said of the hack. “So I go in with my powder after.”

Finally, Biles curls her long hair and shows off her outfit, which consists of a black bodysuit, a grey and white jacket and a black Prada bucket hat.

After securing four medals at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, Biles debuted a new longer hairstyle on Aug. 6, shouting out her “gold medal stylist” Brenton Diallo.
