Sofia Vergara shared a look at the scary and long scar on her knee after undergoing ‘major’ surgery.

The 51-year-old revealed last week she underwent medical procedure but did not explain exactly what it was for.

The Modern Family veteran had on a strapless white dress with her knee propped up as she bit into a rainbow colored slice of cake.

‘Here you work and enjoy even with the mocha pata!!!’ she wrote in her caption.

Last week she thanked her ‘handsome’ doctor boyfriend Dr. Justin Saliman for helping her out.
