Sofía Vergara Reveals What She’s Looking for in a Relationship and What’s Her Absolute Deal-Breaker (Exclusive)

Sofía Vergara plays it coy when asked if she’s dating anyone.

“Maybe,” she says with a sly smile (though she has posted about rumored beau Justin Saliman). But Vergara, 51, is much more direct when it comes to what she’s looking for in a relationship.

“Health. Money. Fun. With kids. That’s it,” adds the star, who graces the cover of this year’s Beautiful Issue. “That’s all I want.”

Having split with actor Joe Manganiello last July after seven years of marriage, Vergara acknowledges dating in the public eye is challenging. “Because everything gets so exaggerated. Everything sometimes gets not interpreted the right way,” she explains.

“So life is already hard. Having relationships is hard. Problems are hard. And then to see it out there and be completely changed, you want to be like, ‘What is going on?’ But you just get used to it. It comes with being famous, so you can’t complain that much.”

She does, however, have a deal-breaker: “No more kids.” The Modern Family alum was honest about her decision to not have more kids and how that became an issue in her relationship with Manganiello. (The two finalized their divorce this past February.)
