The Cupid Behind Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce’s Romance Has Been Revealed

The Cupid who started the love connection between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce revealed himself in a TikTok interview.

Last weekend, TikTok account @floracingtv uploaded a short interview with the singer-songwriter’s second cousin, Danny Frye III.

“There’s no bigger Swiftie in the building than you. Your cousin really is Taylor Swift?” the host opened the interview.

Aside from confirming that he was her second cousin and “the biggest Swiftie in all of Tulsa, Oklahoma,” Frye revealed that he was the singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s matchmaker. The revelation came after the interviewer showed him a screenshot of Taylor and him sharing a hug during a Kansas City Chiefs game.

“[The] funny thing is, a lot of people have been trying to figure out who I am, lately, so it’s been an interesting month or so,” Frye said.

He continued that he had been to a few Kansas City Chiefs games for a few months before helping make that love connection between Taylor and Kelce.

However, he didn’t go into detail about being the couple’s Cupid.

This revelation seems to confirm Kelce’s previous statement in his The Wall Street Journal cover story in November 2023.

In the cover story, titled “How Travis Kelce Manifested the Best Year of His Life,” the NFL player shared, “There were definitely people she knew that knew who I was.”

“[The Cupid] told me exactly what was going on and how I got lucky enough to get [Swift] to reach out,” he continued, sharing that the “1989” star texted him first.

He also said that some of Swift’s family members helped him out without him realizing it.

The pop superstar was first spotted at a Kansas City Chiefs game in September last year. But according to the NFL athlete, they had already gone on a dinner date before she showed up in the Arrowhead Stadium suite with his mom, Donna Kelce.

The “Miss Americana” documentary subject and the NFL star have been spotted together more after that game.

While Taylor has been in regular attendance at the Kansas City Chiefs games, Kelce went to his popular girlfriend’s “The Eras Tour” concert in Argentina to show support.

Most recently, the power couple was spotted sharing a midnight kiss at a New Year’s Eve party.
