Dating Taylor Swift brought a whole new level of fame
Although the brothers were already football stars, Jason Kelce said he didn’t truly know what fame was until Swift entered the picture.

“We’ve always been big in the football world,” Jason Kelce said. “The Taylor world and the pop culture world, that’s a whole different level. It’s a new demographic that wasn’t there.”

He added: “It’s crazy what it opens opportunity-wise. It’s crazy to feel how much joy you bring people or how much you affect people’s daily lives.”

In November 2023, Travis Kelce told The Wall Street Journal about coping with his newfound fame from dating Swift.

“Obviously I’ve never dated anyone with that kind of aura about them…. I’ve never dealt with it,” Travis Kelce said. “But at the same time, I’m not running away from any of it.”

Travis Kelce also praised Swift for how she deals with the attention she gets.

“The scrutiny she gets, how much she has a magnifying glass on her, every single day, paparazzi outside her house, outside every restaurant she goes to, after every flight she gets off, and she’s just living, enjoying life,” he said. “When she acts like that I better not be the one acting all strange.”
