Kansas City Chiefs tight end, Travis Kelce, has landed his first major acting role in Ryan Murphy’s highly anticipated FX horror series, “Grotesquerie.”

Kelce will be sharing the small screen with seasoned actors like Emmy winner Niecy Nash-Betts (fresh off her success in Murphy’s “Dahmer”) and veterans Courtney B. Vance and Lesley Manville.
Details about the series and Kelce’s character are shrouded in typical Murphy-esque secrecy, but the project is sure to generate considerable buzz.
The casting news comes as no surprise to those who’ve been following Kelce’s burgeoning Hollywood ambitions.
Kelce’s new castmate, Niecy Nash-Betts was the one who first spilled the beans via a post on Instagram.
The actress posted a video on set saying: “Guys, guess who I am working with on Grotesquerie?” before panning over and revealing Kelce.
“Jumping into new territory with Niecy!” the NFL star said.
