As the news of Liam Payne’s passing continues to shock the world, the online community has re-shared Liam Payne’s final message to his 7-year-old son from a few months ago.
Accordingly, in August 2024, on the occasion of his 31st birthday, Liam Payne shared about his son Bear Grey. Specifically, in a video posted on his personal Instagram page, Liam Payne told fans: “I still haven’t received any socks from my dad. I’m going to talk to my son, this makes me feel really excited.”
Liam Payne added: “God bless you. You’re all grown up now. You’re a big boy and you look like a mini version of me. Like we need another version of me in the world.”
Liam welcomed his son Bear Grey, with his ex-girlfriend Cheryl Cole in March 2017. The former One Direction member began dating singer Cheryl Cole in 2016 after her divorce from Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini. A year later, the two welcomed their first son Bear Grey together. However, in 2018, the couple suddenly announced their separation, leaving the public heartbroken.
Regarding the new details of the case, the British newspaper Express recently published a detailed article related to the initial investigation results surrounding the death of Liam Payne.
According to investigators, they discovered two mysterious women were with Liam Payne hours before the former One Direction member had an accident on a hotel balcony and died in Buenos Aires.
The two women were found and questioned by police and prosecutors, but their identities are still being kept secret.
The two women are now being treated as “key witnesses” rather than suspects in Liam Payne’s death, given what is believed to be an “unexplained” death.
Prosecutors said in their first official statement that they had interviewed five witnesses, including two mystery women and three hotel employees. An autopsy confirmed that Liam Payne had suffered 25 separate injuries.
In a lengthy statement, prosecutors also confirmed that they had taken “a number of substances” from Liam Payne’s room that they believe will prove he took them before his tragic death. It is not yet clear who police think could have supplied the singer with the substances.
In addition, in the statement on the results of the autopsy, Liam Payne died of multiple injuries and internal and external bleeding due to the incident from the balcony of the hotel on the third floor. The prosecutor’s office pointed out that, according to the procedure, the circumstances of the case are being investigated as a ‘suspicious death’, although everything indicates that the singer was alone when the fall occurred and was experiencing several psychotic episodes due to drug abuse.
Forensic experts also said that after analyzing Liam Payne’s hands, no defensive injuries were found. All the injuries on the body were life-threatening and occurred at the same time. No injuries were found that indicated the intervention of a third party.
