Why’s ‘Comedian’ Kim Kardashian Roasting Tom Brady? Here’s The ‘White Party’ Reason

If you are looking for rhyme or reason to a modern-day celebrity roast, you are looking in the wrong place.

Still, many did wonder while watching the Tom Brady Netflix roast over the weekend … Why was Kim Kardashian on the stage?

We could ask the same question of, say, Jeffrey Ross. He’s a comedian who is known for doing this stuff on Comedy Central, but he’s not exactly an A-list celeb. (No offense, Mr. Ross.) But what is the connection, exactly, with Kim and the iconic Brady, who won Super Bowls with the Patriots and then here with the Bucs?

The fans in attendance weren’t sure. So they booed her.

We do know the connection. … though we still sort of wanted to boo her, as whatever Kim K’s attributes are, standout comedy is surely not among them.

Someone noted that the audience booed Kim in the same NFL tradition way that commissioner Roger Goodell gets booed at the NFL Draft … and again, there is not much rhyme or reason to that, either.

But we recall a famous summer “White Party” that in fact offered up photos of Tom and Kim interacting … to the point that some websites were tempted to suggest that they were “canoodling.” (Don’t know what that means? Ask your grandparents.)

So there’s the connection. Such as it is. Now that you know? You can still feel free to boo away.
