Will Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Attend Coachella Together?
With the NFL in its off-season and Taylor Swift’s international Eras Tour currently on pause, Swifties are eagerly awaiting news on when they can next expect to see the pop star out and about with her Super Bowl-winning boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
Fans of the couple grew accustomed to seeing the “Cruel Summer” songstress attending games during the 2023 NFL season as she cheered on Kelce’s team, the Kansas City Chiefs. After the Chiefs won Super Bowl LVIII, Kelce was spotted supporting Swift as he attended some of her concerts in Australia and Singapore.
While the tight end recently indicated that he plans to attend some of Swift’s upcoming shows in Europe, the next leg of her Eras Tour doesn’t kick off until May 9. In the meantime, fans have begun wondering if the famous couple will decide to take in a few performances at this year’s Coachella. While Swift isn’t expected to take the stage herself, some of her friends are scheduled to perform.
This year’s festival in Indio, California, will take place over two weekends this month: April 12-14 and 19-21. Lana Del Rey, a close friend of Swift’s who joined the “Anti-Hero” singer in her box at the 2024 Super Bowl, is expected to headline on April 12 and 19. Jack Antonoff, another of Swift’s friends who has served as her producer on several recent albums, is also expected to perform at Coachella with his band, Bleachers, on April 13 and 20.
Swift, 34, and Kelce, also 34, plan to rent “a house in the area” during one of the festival’s two weekends to see Del Rey and Antonoff perform, an unnamed source told Us Weekly. The source did not specify which of the two weekends the couple plans to attend.
Kelce also recently hinted at a forthcoming festival appearance while speaking with People. He referred to himself during the interview as “a Coachella guy” who enjoys live music.
“I love going to Coachella,” he told the magazine, adding that fans “might see me pop up over there at some point.”
