Travis Kelce reveals he wants Super Bowl glory ‘even more’ and provides Taylor Swift update ahead of event

Travis Kelce has admitted he wants Super Bowl glory ‘even more’ because of the huge event taking place in Las Vegas.
Millions are expected to tune in to watch the Kansas City Chiefs face the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday evening.
Kelce will be centre stage throughout the match, especially given his relationship with pop star Taylor Swift.
They are now one of the biggest power couples in America, though it’s not clear if Swift will attend the fixture at the Allegiant Stadium.
And Kelce, speaking prior to the showdown, has admitted he can’t wait to play and wants Super Bowl glory ‘even more’ given the match is in Vegas.
“You definitely can’t gamble. You might be able to walk in one (a casino), like if a restaurant is in one,” he said during a chat with his brother, Jason.
“I’m not going down the strip anytime until the game.
“I feel like it is exciting, man – the first-ever Super Bowl in Las Vegas, Nevada. The biggest entertainment Mecca in the world.
“It is literally built for the biggest stages. This is nuts. This is insane.
“It just makes me want to win it that much more, makes me want to be on the right side of the history books – saying I won the first Vegas Super Bowl ever.
“The NFL is gonna enjoy having this place as the home of the Super Bowl.
“So for it to be the first and just what we have been through as team, to get back to the mountain top, that expectation was set the minute we won it last year.
“Fun ride up to this point, exciting opportunity and it makes you want to win it more than ever.”
Kelce also issued a rallying cry to his team-mates, too, imploring them to give their all as they look to claim NFL’s ultimate prize.
“We’ve got one week, we do what we need to do then we can party in Vegas for the rest of our lives,” he added.
“Everybody is pretty motivated and locked in at the task at hand. It’s wild being out here in Vegas.”
Kelce is, however, unsure if Swift will be in the stands cheering him on.
“No, no she hasn’t,” the 34-year-old stated when asked of Swift had given him a pep talk for the match.
“She’s just working on entertaining them [fans at her shows], making sure she’s ready for her performances and everything.

“But the Super Bowl we’ll worry about if she can make it.”
Swift is planning a show in Tokyo on Saturday night.
After that, however, she’ll be off for a week before heading to Melbourne in Australia.
Time differences mean it is possible Swift will make the Super Bowl in time, something that would only add to the excitement surrounding Sunday’s match.
But whether she goes for one of the biggest public appearances of her career remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, Kelce was recently asked if he’d propose to Swift should his side win the Super Bowl.
But the Kansas City Chiefs star responded to that question by saying: “I’m focused on getting this ring and that’s all my mind’s focused on right now.”
